Section I. Restrictions and Requirements:

  • Must have been Active on the site for 1 month, with at least 150 posts
  • Must provide 5 links of any RP examples to give proof of RP ability. As the creator of the Guild, if your RP ability is not up the needed level, your Guild may be denied.
  • No Guilds dealing with Telepathy, Forces of the Universe (Strong, Weak, Electromagnetic, Gravity), Telekenesis, Space Travel, Time, Souls
  • No enhancement Guilds such as speed, strength, endurance, or anything else such as that unless they are within good reason.
  • No High power guilds, such as Elemental manipulation (Elemental Periodic Table is what we mean), stuff dealing with no need of using MG, manipulating planes of existances etc etc.
  • Every Guild must have some sort of purpose, moral, guild spell, or anything that makes them stand out.

Section II. Template Information

Clan Name:
  • The Name of the Clan is important because, obviously, you need to have a name for your Clan. It can be in any language, but since this is a pre-dominantly English-speaking board, you’re also required to attach the English translation in parenthesis (). Doing the name in another language adds some unique flavor to your Guild, but it is not necessary. There are several online translators available for use in the production of names. The name of a Guild is always important, it is what others establish for, it is what others try to take the time to understand and know. Names usually are known to have the meanings within their capabilities, however this is not always true.


Description:
  • This is where one would consider to be the meat of the Guild explanation. This is the area where you go through, step by step, listing stating what the Guild is. Here you must describe the Guild's Appearance in every way, like any type of unique differences within them. What are they in general. What are their General Personalities. Do they believe in anything, do they have their own way set of life. These must be placed within the Description of the Guild. Is the Guild dominantly women? Or Men? Or is it undetermined. Does the Guild have their own ranks of power, such as who is considered stronger and who is weaker? If so what are these. Within this section the user must take the time to write out at least four paragraphs of description. Each Paragraph must have an average of at least Five sentences. In general it must be indepth.


History:
  • One of the most lengthy section within the aspects of the Guild template. Within this section you must state how and why it the guild was created. When it was created, how old the Guild is. Who created the Guild, and who else knows about the guild. It must be in depth, and creative. Without this stated, the Guild will be denied, and will be archived. The History can not state anything about it being in existence since an unknown time, and it can not just suddenly appear out of the blue one day through the magic of society and love with peace. The questions within the history must be answered such as the Who, the Why, the Where, the When, and the How it was created. Something can not be suddenly mysterious in creation. Reasons why is because of the fact that in depth history creates Roleplay Capability, it adds story line for other people to interact with. Just because if something we know out of character does not mean that we would know it exists in character. Within this section the user must take the time to write out at least four paragraphs of description. Each Paragraph must have an average of at least Five sentences.


Restrictions:
  • First off we will not allow Guilds where only one person can go into it. It must be plentiful to create Roleplay. What are the restrictions of this Guild? Is the Guild hidden? How hard is it to start out in the Guild? Is the Guild very secretive? One of the biggest things that must be known is, in order to make a character within the Guild do people need to contact the creator of the Guild before so getting permission? What is needed, are there any enemies, restrictions?


Requirements: (Optional)
  • Some Guilds may have a few requirements needed in order for a member to join and be accepted. Some may not and this part is only optional to fill out. If not, simply delete this section or put "N/A". Does your guild have any specific requirements a Mage needs in order to join? Any required Magic Type? Does the Mage need to look handsome? Ugly? Have long or short hair? Do they need to have the same Moral or purpose the Guild has?


*Note: We know that the history and description will take up most of the space in the first post. So everything below, we recommend you start as the second post to be more organized.

Guild Capabilities


Weapons and Equipment:
  • Some Guilds are known to create their own weapons, these weapons have the capabilities that are similar to that of the Guild itself. These weapons are unique to the guild only, they are different, and they have their own advantages. Most weapons that are created by guild however are usually part of the guild because a member of the guild created the items. However please note that any item that is not unique towards the Guild itself may be asked for it to be changed or removed. Please include the Rank, Description, Range, Any abilities (optional), and Drawbacks/Weaknesses of the particular weapon or equipment.


Rituals: (Optional)
  • Some Guilds are known to create their own Rituals, these rituals have the capabilities that are similar to that of the Guild itself. Sometimes a Guild may be made up by a certain type of Ritual. These Rituals is what makes the Guild unique in its own way. Also include what kind of ritual it is. Is it an initiation Ritual where a Member of a guild is accepted? An annual traditional ritual when a full moon or eclipse happens? Please note that this is an optional section to fill out. Like the requirements, simply delete this part of the application or simply put "N/A".


Guild Spells or Magic Type:
  • A few Guilds have become so bonded, that together they have created their own unique Guild Spells, Magic abilities in which only members of the Guild itself know how to use. They are different, and they have their own advantages, or disadvantages. It is advised to create it so that any type of Mage within the guild could use. This is basically the section on where you can unleash your imagination to its full extent so be creative! Also, please do not forget to put in it's Name, Description, Rank, Range, and Weakness. You may have up to 3 Guild Spells or 1 Guild Magic Type.
